This website (the “Website”), including all subsidiaries, is owned, operated, and maintained by Rentser Inc. It provides an online platform enabling:
- Individuals offering rental properties to:
- Create listings for rental properties by uploading content.
- Search listings for individuals seeking to rent as a tenant or co-tenant.
- Individuals seeking to rent accommodation to:
- Create a listing for themselves by uploading content.
- Search rental properties and connect with individuals who have available accommodation.
By accessing, registering on, and/or using the Website or its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Rentser.com may modify, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. While Rentser.com will make efforts to notify users of any major changes, it is your responsibility to periodically review the latest version.
In these Terms and Conditions of Use:
- “Content” refers to graphics, photos, text, videos, and location data related to either available accommodation or users seeking accommodation.
- “Intellectual Property Rights” include copyrights, patents, trademarks, designs, and other statutory rights protecting business or personal reputation.
- “Listing” refers to an online advertisement promoting rental properties or seeking available accommodation.
- “Personal Information” refers to any information about a person as defined under the applicable privacy laws.
1. Listings
1.1 Users Uploading Listings
If you upload content and/or create a listing on Rentser.com:
- You must ensure that all content and listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- You are responsible for removing content when the accommodation is no longer available or when a person seeking accommodation no longer needs it.
- You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of anyone contacting you in relation to your listing. Rentser.com does not conduct background checks or provide information about users.
- Any rental agreement must comply with applicable local, state, and national laws, including tenancy and zoning regulations.
If you breach these Terms or if content is deemed unacceptable, Rentser.com reserves the right to modify or remove the content, limit access to your account, or terminate your account.
1.2 Users Browsing Listings
If you use the Website to browse listings:
- You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of the accommodation or the person listing it.
- You should inspect any accommodation and meet with landlords or tenants before entering into an agreement.
- Any rental agreement must comply with applicable laws.
Rentser.com does not verify or endorse the content of listings or guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by users.
2. Accounts
2.1 Registration
To upload content, you must register an account with Rentser.com by providing your name, email, and mobile phone number. You must also verify your account using an activation code/link sent to your phone/email.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and notifying Rentser.com of any unauthorized access.
2.2 Deletion or Termination of Accounts
- You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Once deleted, your personal information and active listings will be removed.
- Rentser.com may terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for any behavior that could harm the reputation of Rentser.com.
3. Website and Services
3.1 Use of the Website
You must not:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains offensive material.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
Rentser.com may restrict access to the Website for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond its control.
4. Content
4.1 Uploading Content
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload complies with these Terms. Rentser.com reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Tenancy
Rentser.com:
- Is not a party to any rental agreements.
- Does not collect rent or facilitate payments.
- Will not intervene in disputes between users regarding rental agreements.
6. Intellectual Property Rights in the Website
All rights to the Website, including its design and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Rentser.com. You may not reproduce or distribute the Website’s content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rentser.com provides the Website “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding its operation or content. Rentser.com’s liability is limited to re-supplying services or issuing refunds, where applicable, and permitted by law.
